IBD has served Atlanta's growing need for the development of new communities and real estate projects. The City Of Atlanta, Wynn Development and Construction, and IndigoBlue - then called The Askari Builders Group, developed, designed, constructed, and built this the first leg of developing what was once The Lakewood Village, a blight on the Atlanta community. following stringent industry standards. This affordable and safe community was and is a shinning example of what can, should, and will be done in a community that is willing to transaction itself. This was completed on time and within budget also.
